Marinated chicken and chives crimped into a gyoza skin. Pan fry and steam for the ultimate texture to match the taste. Can also be deep fried as a tasty starter!

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
PAN FRY:
Do not defrost.
1. Preheat 3 tablespoons of oil in a pan. Gently fry gyoza on medium heat for 4 minutes.
2. Add 20 mL / 6-7 tablespoons of water to pan and cover with a lid.
3. Steam for a further 3 minutes on medium heat until dumplings are cooked.
STEAM:
Do not defrost. Steam over boiling water for 9 - 10 minutes.
